  Ingredients 75 ml  clear rum 100 ml Oh Bubbles Sparkling Water 10 ml Oh Bubbles Mojito Syrup 1/2  lime  - sliced into discs ice 5  raspberries  - approx 4-6 per glass fresh mint Instructions In a tall glass add the rum, Oh Bubbles Mojito  soda syrup NewZealand , and several slices of lime. Top with a generous handful of ice by several mint leaves and at least 4-6 raspberries. Top with a couple more slices of lime. Fill glass with Oh Bubbles Sparkling Water, swirl to combine, and enjoy!

Bourbon and Grapefruit Cocktail

Ingredients Ice 50 ml  bourbon (or whiskey) 20 ml Oh Bubbles Grapefruit Syrup 15 ml ounce fresh lemon juice 1 tsp  honey 1 sprig fresh rosemary - plus more to garnish 100 ml Oh Bubbles Sparkling Water sliced grapefruit - to garnish   Instructions Fill a  cocktail shaker  with ice. Add the bourbon, Oh Bubbles Grapefruit Syrup, fresh lemon juice, honey, and a small piece of fresh rosemary to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and top off with Oh Bubbles Sparkling Water, sliced grapefruit, and a fresh sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!

Cucumber Rosemary Gin and Tonic

  CUCUMBER ROSEMARY GIN AND TONIC  (aka “the drunk cucumber”) is a lightly sweetened gin cocktail filled with fresh cucumber and hints of rosemary to make a deliciously crisp and beautiful drink Ingredients 1 small cucumber -  sliced into ribbons or "noodles" 1 lime - sliced into 6 wedges 2 sprigs rosemary 50 ml  ounces gin 100 ml  Oh Bubbles Sparkling Water 20 ml Oh Bubbles Tonic Syrup 1 small watermelon radish -  thinly sliced Instructions Add 2 cucumber "noodles", the juice from one lime, one rosemary sprig, gin, and Oh Bubbles Tonic Syrup to a cocktail shaker or highball glass. Muddle with the back of a spoon. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean cocktail glass (highball glasses are typically used for gin and tonics). Fill glass with ice and top with Oh Bubbles Sparkling Water and stir. Garnish with additional cucumber ribbons, rosemary sprigs, and 1-2 thinly sliced watermelon radish rounds.
